When and where is Long Course Weekend Holland – Beesel?
Long Course Weekend Holland – Beesel takes place from 17 – 19 May in and around Beesel.
What distances are there for each event?
We offer the possibility to enter different distances within different disciplines: Swim: 750 m, 1,5 km, 1,9 km, 3,8 km Bike: 90 km, 190 km Run: 6,5 km, 10 km, 21,1 km, 42,2 km Long Course: 3.8 km Swim, 190 km Bike, 42.2 km Run
Is there a kids event?
Yes there is! Long Course Kids is there for kids between 6 and 11 years old.
How do I know for sure that I am registered?
You Should receive an Email confirmation; this can sometimes end up in your spam folder so don't forget to check there. If you're certain you haven't received confirmation email, Don't worry! You can log into your Active account and see all the events you've entered with us over the year. If You Can't see your entries, email us at email@example.com.
Can I register for someone else?
No. For safety & security reasons you must register yourself and bring photo identification so that we can guarantee we are giving the right event number & timing chip to the correct athlete. This avoids mix ups with announcements, emergency contact information on the reverse of the race number, finisherpix, and DBMax timing.
When can I expect the event pack?
Absolutely everything you need to know about the Long Course weekend will be in our event pack. You can get yours at the event. This will include event timings. It is important you read this as details may be different to those on the website. We recommend using the online Event Pack as a guide, as an email will be sent to the address you registered with notifying you of final details and possible amendments.
When will I receive my timingchip and BIB number?
These must be collected at the time of registration upon showing photo ID and a signed copy of the disclaimer.
Can I use a personal listening device such as an iPod?
Put simply, No. It is very important that you remain aware of your surroundings for the duration of the race as some parts of the course are on open roads and others cross public pathways.
Do I have to participate all three days?
No, you can also enter for just 1 discipline.
